Birthday or special gifts for your girlfriend

September 7, 2011 – Some weeks ago, my girlfriend’s and mine annual day when we met was coming up.
As usual, I wanted to make her a gift… but I just couldn’t think of anything! And as I’m not talented in crafting or arts, I couldn’t just make something out of the blue in a time that quick, so I had a look at the Internet. And what I found was… terribly disappointing.
Who would have thought, that a network that involves billions of people on the world wouldn’t have any good options for a popular topic like birthday presents?

So, the best thing you can actually gift her, is an unique experience together with you.
As my girlfriend is very adventurous, I decided to visit some airports, sport centers and the local kayak-club and got some info about the different activities we could do.

In the End, I decided to go on a wild-water rafting tour with her – which was a total success! It was very fun, we had a pick nick and decided to go swimming in full clothing when we were in the midst of the river!

After all, this wasn’t only a gift for her, but for me as well, as I enjoyed it very much.

If your girlfriend isn’t as adventurous, you should think about visiting an unique restaurant, like an African one, where you eat with your hands and sit on the ground. I did this once too, just as a date, but I think it fits quite well. Just make sure you don’t hit anything she doesn’t like at all: If you are enjoying your time, both of you will.
