Jim Eisenstein brings more than 20 years of business and telecommunications experience to his position as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Optasite, Inc. Prior to joining Optasite, Jim was Chief Executive Officer of Concourse Communications Group LLC, the leading developer and operator of in-building distributed antenna systems in the nation’s largest transportation venues, including New York (LaGuardia, Kennedy and Newark Airports, the Lincoln and Holland Tunnels, the New York/New Jersey Port Authority Bus Terminal and PATH train stations), as well as international airports in Detroit, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh and Toronto.
Prior to Concourse, Jim was Chief Development Officer of American Tower Corporation, the largest owner and operator of wireless and broadcast towers in North America. Jim’s primary responsibilities were to seek out and oversee all acquisition and development opportunities for the company. He co-founded American Tower in 1995 and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer of the company.
Before co-founding American Tower, Eisenstein was Chief Operating Officer of Amaturo Group, Ltd. from 1990 to 1995. Amaturo Group owned and operated 11 radio stations in West Palm Beach, San Bernardino, Austin and Nashville, which were sold to American Radio Systems (the predecessor company to American Tower). From 1988 to 1990, Eisenstein was Deputy General Counsel of Home Shopping Network. In this role, he was responsible for all transactional work of the company.

Tony Peduto was appointed as Optasite Inc. ’s Chief Operating Officer in January, 2006. As the Company’s COO, Tony is responsible for all aspects of Optasite’s operations with a particular emphasis on driving the growth and operation of Optasite’s core tower business, while also directing its ongoing new tower development efforts. Tony is a hands-on, P & L oriented manager, with more than 20 years of successful operational experience in wireless, cable and broadband businesses in the United States and Puerto Rico. Tony joins Optasite from American Tower Corporation (NYSE:AMT) where he served as both Vice President of the West Region and General Manager for the Northeast.
While at AMT, Tony achieved notable success in operating over 6,500 towers throughout the nation. During his tenure, Tony was American Tower’s “Top Revenue and EBITDA” producer in 2004 and consistently outperformed budget, delivering the highest EBITDA vs. budget in both 2004 and 2005. Tony’s focus on improved customer and carrier relations showed dramatic results under his leadership, making each of his regions top performers in both overall revenues and tower lease-up.
Prior to American Tower, Tony served as Vice President and General Manager for American Broadband’s Rhode Island operations, and the General Manager for Starpower Communications in Washington DC. During his career, Tony has also held senior executive roles at a number of other successful telecommunications and cable television enterprises including ICS Communications, Tele-Communications, Inc. and American Cablesystems. Tony received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Colby College in Waterville, Maine. |

With over 15 years of telecommunications, wireless and real estate experience, Jim Ross joined Optasite, Inc. in 2003 as its President and Chief Operating Officer. In January, 2006, Jim was appointed Optasite’s Chief Development Officer where he is responsible for leading the growth of the Company’s portfolio of telecommunications towers through both development and acquisition. Jim is involved in all aspects of Optasite’s growth, including the development of strategic initiatives with wireless carriers, providers of new and next generation wireless technologies, allied service providers and other owners and operators within the industry. He joined Optasite from Concourse Communications Group, LLC, where he was a founder and President of Business Development.
At Concourse, Jim drove the Company’s new business growth, helping to make Concourse the leading developer and operator of in-building distributed antenna systems in the nation’s largest transportation venues, including New York (LaGuardia, Kennedy and Newark Airports, the Lincoln and Holland Tunnels, the New York/New Jersey Port Authority Bus Terminal and PATH train stations), as well as international airports in Detroit, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh and Toronto.
Prior to building Concourse, Jim co-founded National Telecommunications Advisors, LLC, New York Telecom Partners, LLC and Wireless Acquisitions, Inc., all companies focused on the development of wireless infrastructure in various parts of the nation. While at NTA, Jim directed the development of one of the nation’s first independently built, multi-carrier tower projects, which was sold to American Tower in 1997.
Jim currently serves on the Board of Directors of Optasite’s joint venture with Trillion, Optasite-Trillion, LLC. In recent years he has also served on the Board of Optasite, the Concho Cellular One Telephone Company, Concourse Communications Group, LLC and on the Board of Trustees of Daniel Webster College in Nashua New Hampshire. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Scantic Valley YMCA and has served on the advisory boards of both Broadwave, Inc. (now Tatara Systems) and Architextures, Incorporated. |

Beau Paradowski - Chief Financial Officer |

As Optasite's Chief Financial Officer, M. Beau Paradowski brings more than 15 years of financial management experience to this position and oversees all accounting, finance and treasury activities for the Company. Beau joined Optasite after serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Clearwire Technologies, Inc., a broadband wireless access provider with more than $100 million of equity investment from Goldman Sachs, Liberty Associated, and others.
Just prior to joining Clearwire, Beau served as Vice President of Finance for Novo Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: NVNW), a telecommunications business focused on voice and data transport. Prior to his work at Novo, he served as Vice President for Marcus & Partners, a private investment group, where he was involved in strategic development, and review of business opportunities. He formerly served as Vice President of Finance for AMFM Interactive, Inc., Chancellor Media's Internet initiative, now Clear Channel Communications, Inc. (NYSE: CCU). Prior to AMFM Interactive, he served in various finance and accounting positions with Marcus Cable Company, the largest privately held cable television operator in the United States prior to its sale to Paul Allen for $3 billion in 1998. Beau began his career in public accounting where he spent over 3 years working in the audit practice at Coopers & Lybrand, now PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
