Job Title:                          Financial Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

The Financial Analyst will develop, guide and support the financial analysis requirements of operational management, including the financial projection process, preparation of monthly reforecasts, supporting corporate development through merger and acquisition analysis, preparation of management reports, and any other special analysis required by either operational or financial management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the short and long range planning process by developing comprehensive financial models and reforecast tools through interaction with operations personnel and upper management.
• Support the annual budget process by controlling the financial budget model using inputs from operations and creating meaningful reports for operations and upper management. 
• Support corporate development efforts through acquisition target analysis, including financial modeling and written presentation of transaction details for Board of Director approval.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses supporting near-term and long-range financial and strategic priorities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel (PowerPoint experience also a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills are extremely important

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Five (5) years minimum experience in accounting, budgeting and financial planning
• Proven experience budgeting, planning, forecasting, and reconciling both operating and capital expenditures
• CPA or CFA a plus
• Wireless industry or real estate experience a plus
