Job title: Administrative Assistant

Reports to: C Level Executives
JOB SUMMARY
This position will primarily be responsible for supporting the administrative requirements of the Company’s executive team as well as managing certain general office tasks and responsibilities. The person in this position will interface with all functional areas and departments within the Company as well as with corporate investors, the Company’s Board of Directors, clients and outside contractors.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the administrative/clerical needs of four “C” Level executives
- Travel arrangements
- Corporate event/meeting planning
- Assist in various procurement needs (equipment, office supplies, etc.)
- Liaison with outsourced Information Technology Manager
- Liaison with corporate insurance carrier
- Liaison with corporate vendors
- Prepare expense reports for payroll
- Sending and receiving of all mail, express deliveries and shipments
- Greet all Company visitors
- Maintain clean work environment in common areas
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Self-Motivated
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associates Degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar administrative role
